Innovative Medical Device Development –
From concept to prototype.

A medical device company approached us with a set of general requirements for a new device to be used by doctors in clinics. Our first step was to collaborate closely with the client to fully understand their vision and needs. After conducting thorough research on similar devices in the market, we brainstormed innovative solutions and presented a development roadmap to the client.

Once a direction was chosen, we began the engineering development phase and created a proof-of-concept (POC) for review. After gathering feedback, we refined the design and produced a fully functional prototype that met all the necessary requirements. This prototype combined electronic and optical components housed in a custom 3D-printed enclosure, designed with a strong focus on user ergonomics. To streamline the manufacturing process, we integrated unique features to make the assembly faster and more efficient. Finally, we delivered the completed prototype and full technical drawings to the client’s manufacturing partner for production.
